The Jamaican sprinter USAIN BOLT smashed his own 100m world record and retain the fastest man in this universe. Before going to track Bolt told, I am ready ... I am feeling good .....I have no worries .... and after the race he said, I have done it. This is the same style of Pol vaulter Sergie Bubka, whenever he went to track, he says, I am going to break another world record. Bolt posted an astonishing 9.58secs time, a year to the day after winning Olympic gold in Beijing. His previous record was 9.69 sec. Bolt who won three gold medals last summer, made no secret of his desire to emulate Jesse Owens and become a sporting legend. The crowd in the stadium stood up in disbelief as the time showed up on the clock.

Why BCCI is going on backfoot

While drug abuse becoming an increasing threat to sport and cricket too is not clean today. To keep cricket clean needs a dope-testing protocol. There is one currently used across the world, by almost every sporting body, but not India's cricketers board. By mooting a doping code outside of WADA, the BCCI is effectively asking the ICC to take cricket out of the global sporting family. It's not really a request, as 70% of the money in world cricket comes from India. So it is not nonsensical but hugely irresponsible. BCCI should come forward to stop drug in wiseman sports. If cricket wants to be taken as a global sport and move beyond its identity as an extension of the Commonwealth, it needs to exist in the global family. Twenty20 is a prime candidate for an Olympic sport, yet it will not make the breakthrough unless the ICC, IOC and the BCCI agree to accept positively WADA dope test.

New FUNDA of DADA

First A star cricketer, then a commentator and now a TV anchor. The ex captain of indian cricket team Sourav Ganguly alias DADA will soon seen in small screen as a anchor. Dada is taking part in a reality cum quiz show of a bengali chanel. Title of show is DADAGIRI and catchline is `dada sange dadagiri'. As gaguly is very popular in bengalis, so when he is free from national team, small screen is trying to cash his popularity. Gaguly is doing hard work for new job and said, its very difficult and I am enjoying new job. Cricket lovers of India is calling this as NEW FUNDA OF DADA.
