Millionareies football star Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed he has become a dad, but mystery surrounds the identity of the baby boy's mum. The Real Madrid player, 25, told of the birth in an announcement posted on his official website, Facebook and Twitter pages. But he refused to reveal who the child's mother was and said his son would be brought up by HIS family.
